About the event
Our first session on June 1st will be an intro & discussion of how foods and lifestyle affect brain and mental health. Â Nutritional support suggestions will also be offered along with a Q&A.
The remaining sessions in June will be the cooking classes. Â Recipes will be shared from "The Vegan Brain," a healthy lifestyle manual by Kate Kunkel.
Wednesday, June 8th - Chopped Thai Garbanzo Bean Salad with Peanut Curry Dressing
